• Position Title: Logistics Planner
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Tue – Fri 8.00am – 5.30pm, Sat 8am-3pm)
• Salary Package: Salary $2,500 + Performance Bonus + Medical $380/year
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and customers to schedule shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
• Monitor and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost savings.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation and reports.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability for orders.
• Review and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Support the logistics team in handling urgent requests or unexpected changes in schedules.

• Minimum O level or higher.
• At least 1 years of experience in logistics planning or a similar role.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good knowledge in MS Office and logistics software.
