Duties

·      Hands-on exposure to logistics & operations coordination
·      Coordinate deliveries, liaise with customers and drivers
·      Support daily logistics and operations activities
·      Plan and coordinate trailer deliveries and self-collection
·      Liaise with customers on delivery schedules
·      Follow-up with drivers and resolve unloading issues
·      Coordinate urgent orders with production and planners
·      Arrange collection / delivery of coupler bars
·      Coordinate deliveries from galvanising yard to customers
·      Monitor availability of empty trailers for production use

Requirements

·      GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / ITE Certificate
·      Minimum 1 year experience in Manufacturing, Logistics / Operations
·      Strong coordination and communication skills
·      Team player, organised, able to multitask
·      Proficient in Email and Microsoft Excel
