1. Coordinate the logistics of inbound and outbound cargo, including booking shipments, arranging transportation, and tracking deliveries
2. Liaise with internal teams, external carriers, and customers to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to all logistics activities
4. Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis to identify areas for process improvement
5. Support the implementation of new logistics initiatives and technologies to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding role.
2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
4. Proficient in using logistics management software and MS Office applications
5. Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, customs regulations, and supply chain management principles
6. A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
