Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with vendors, customers and forwarders for shipment arrangement, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Liaise with forwarders to prepare and manage shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, BL instructions, customs clearance forms, etc.)
• Provide shipment details to insurance companies to arrange cargo insurance coverage.
• Inventory control.
• Plan bulk and blanket purchases based on firm orders and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and commercial processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Business One.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
