Job Description:

• Act as the primary contact for internal teams and external partners to resolve ETA and order status queries
• Ensures all DOs and Invoices are signed to standard; proactively hunts down missing paperwork to prevent revenue leakage
• Tallies 3PL billing against completed jobs and manages the upload of verified invoices into the payment system
• Tracks tote boxes/crates and manages the"Empty Return" process to ensure production never runs out of containers
• Track the movement of tote boxes/crates sent to customers
• Manage the "Empty Return" process to ensure internal teams never run out of delivery containers
• Manage second trips, cancellations, and last-minute urgent requests
• Sequences next-day supermarket and key-account customers’ routes for maximum fuel efficiency and ensures all delivery windows are met
• Perform continuous process improvements to all logistical processes to increase productivity and efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in logistics, dispatch, or fleet coordination. A background in FMCG or Cold Chain (Perishables/Seafood) is preferred
• Must hold a valid Class 3 license; a Class 4 license is a major plus and will be viewed favourably
• Proficient in Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office. The candidate should be comfortable navigating digital manifests and tracking deliveries with precision
• Possess a strong mental map of local roads and traffic patterns—enabling the candidate to provide real-time routing support to 3PL drivers
• Exceptional organisational skills with a "sharp eye for detail" to ensure no paperwork or manifest goes unchecked
• A confident communicator who can bridge the gap between drivers, internal teams, and external partners with clarity and professionalism
• Having the mental agility to pivot seamlessly from meticulous filing to high-pressure truck re-routing at a moment's notice
• Able to handle urgent inquiries or internal requests after-hours when the situation demands it
