Job Description & Requirements

· Create import & export jobs in system till Billing and file closure

· Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking

· Liaise with Internal & External Customers for shipments arrangement

· Handle import & export custom permit

· Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargo handling

· Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader

· Check origin/destination rate with overseas agent

· Support Sales for quotation

· Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior

Requirements:

- 5 working days

- Working Location : Singapore

- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

- Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude

- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment

- Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks

- Expect overtime on a regular basis
