• Provide guidance and coach lab technicians.
• Inspects all incoming raw material for compliance according to current standards.
• Conducts periodic checks and analysis on all WIPs.
• Retains finished product samples from production to conduct checks and analysis.
• Assist QA on failure analyses, corrective and preventive action response to customer’s complaint.
• Assist in GMP audits, validation, qualification and change control.
• Assist in maintaining Product Quality and Technical File.
• Write technical papers or reports or prepare standards and specifications for processes, products, or tests.

• Recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring and evaluation of staff.
• Provide leadership and support during audits and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure audit/inspection-readiness and compliance to ISO, FSSC and GMP.
• Review and approve risk assessments for any necessary changes/ improvements to process/ system that may have impact to product quality and safety.
• Ensure necessary investigation conducted, approval and closure of the same when such deviation, OOS, customer complaint, product recall/ return or any non-conformances arises.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy of Life/Pharmaceutical Science-related, or preferably with MBA or Master’s degree in science.
• At least more than 10 years’ related experience in a pharmaceutical plant, preferably GMP site, and with at least 5 years managerial experience in Quality (QA and QC laboratory) setting or managing a large group of people with varied experiences and competencies in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Familiar international standard (GMP regulatory, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher , ISO 13485) requirement.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP system
