RESPONSIBLITIES

• Provide administrative support in Logistics department
• Handling Logistics / Shipping documents
• Update data into ERP systems
• Ensure proper documentation and operation
• Assist in other aspects of other logistics operations as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 1 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)
• Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Team player and committed to work
• Effective communication and co-ordination skill
• Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate
• Ability to communicate in English & Chinese to liaise with English & Chinese speaking stakeholders
