The Warehouse Manager manages daily warehouse operations and leads the team to ensure smooth, accurate, and cost-effective handling of inventory. The role focuses on operational excellence, system accuracy, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations from receiving to shipping

• Ensure system accuracy and documentation compliance with SOPs and WI

• Optimise space utilisation, manpower planning, and equipment usage

• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective and improvement actions

• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock investigations

• Oversee equipment maintenance, warehouse consumables, and operational readiness

• Enforce safety standards, housekeeping, and 5S practices

• Lead and develop warehouse staff through training and performance management

• Improve SOPs, workflows, and service levels to support business needs

• Carry out ad-hoc warehouse duties as required

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline

• At least 5 years of warehouse experience, with 2 years in a leadership role

• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP and MS Office; MHE knowledge is a plus
