Job Description
Job objectives
To support IT systems, infrastructure, and facilities management as well as able to provide 1st level Logistics support in terms of Shipment readiness, 3rd party forwarding liaison and managing incoming/outgoing goods. This role supports day-to-day IT operations including support of onboarding/offboarding of employees, as well as facilities management to ensure a reliable, secure, and efficient working environment specifically for office and air compressors related peripherals.
Your Responsibilities
Logistic Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Incoming/Outgoing goods management
> Serve as the go-to subject matter expert (SME) for Logistics support in terms of Incoming/Outgoing goods and forwarder arrangements.
> Provide support and advice in terms of international shipment for Customs handling/clearance topics
> Physical support in preparation of Goods ready for outgoing shipment or management of Incoming Goods for transit or storage
- Service Tools Management
> Responsible for Service Tools management in Singapore office in terms of tracking/updating status of tools and calibration due dates; And to manage sending of tools to HQ/receiving tools from HQ
> Ensure ALL tools are organized and in good condition for use in terms of calibration status and proper storage
> Own and Support - tools management related topics with HQ
- Documentation preparation and support
> Preparation of documentation for Outgoing/Incoming of all Materials/Tools
> Using SAP for all required Logistic documentation or tracking purposes
> Support Service & Spares administration team for all logistical matters
IT Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- End-User IT Support
> Serve as the first point of contact for local users requiring technical assistance (hardware, software, connectivity, printers, etc.)
> Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve end-user issues in a timely and customer-focused manner.
> Manage IT assets including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
> Support onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., device provisioning, account setup/deactivation).
> Provide basic training or guidance to users on IT tools, security best practices, and software applications.
> Monitor and manage incidents using the company's ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice).
- Coordination with HQ / Regional IT:
> Act as the local point of contact for HQ or regional IT initiatives, rollouts, and upgrades.
> Ensure local systems and practices comply with corporate IT security, software licensing, and data privacy policies.
> Participate in global or regional IT meetings to report on local IT issues, needs, or improvement opportunities. - Coordinate with HQ IT on:
> Escalation of unresolved technical issues.
> Deployment of global applications (e.g.,ERP, CRM, endpoint protection, patch management).
> Implementation of global infrastructure changes (e.g., network upgrades, server migrations).
> Support for regional or corporate audits and compliance reviews.
- Maintenance & Reporting:
> Maintain documentation of local IT asset inventory.
> Assist with local IT procurement, license tracking, and vendor coordination (if applicable).
> Report key IT KPIs and incident trends to HQ or regional IT teams when requested.
Facilities Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and update Maintenance/Repair/Inspection schedule & activities for Office and TC facilities
- Coordinate all vendors’ support for periodic maintenance and repair (including emergency repair work)
- Liaise and support in applicable Statutory or Landlord License renewal application, renewals, or inspection activities
- Work with responsible internal stakeholders on any issues raised on Office or TC facilities and coordinate till resolution
- Support quotation processing, PO issuance and any necessary follow up on order processing matters
- Ensure Vendor records and Licenses are up to date
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 3 years or more experience as an IT support and/or Logistics management
- Strong understanding of IT experience in a corporate environment in terms of equipment setup & support, ideally with multinational exposure.
- Knowledge and Experience of SAP/Salesforce is a plus.
- Prior experience in Logistics management in terms of liaison with 3rd party forwarders and hands on experience handling incoming/outgoing shipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and user training.
- Added advantage if possesses skills for corporate office facilities management as well as general Fire & Safety, Compressed Air equipment maintenance and licensing requirements
