Logistic/Shipping/Customer Service Assistant x 2 (For different company and location)

· Processing of sales orders for sales team

· Preparation of shipping documents for custom clearance

· Liaison with factory and forwarder on shipping and logistics arrangement.

· Liaison and coordinate with customers and logistics department on delivery schedule.

· Handling of product enquiries from customers.

· Other adhoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

· Candidates must possess at least a ‘N’/ ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level, ITE or Diploma holders.

· Proficient in MS Office applications.

· Independent and able to multi-task.

Salary: $2,800 - $3,500

Location: Near to MRT (East & West - 2 different locations and roles)
