Follow up on status of freight and ensure that all relevant parties are update.

Work closely with airlines on enquiries on rate, tracking and other matters.

Creating, maintaining and reviewing the selling rate and buying from customers/ carriers

Ensure all shipments are complete and uplift on time with agreed rate with customer and airline.

Producing progress report and profit/loss to team and stakeholders.

Handling RFQ and tender, coordinate with sales on enquiries and assist with the best solutions.

Knowledge in buying/selling rate from customers, airlines & plan BUP shipment for consolidation.
