Job Summary
The Transport Specialist is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of goods, including temperature-sensitive and cold chain cargo. This role supports daily transport, warehouse, and material-handling activities to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily delivery and pick-up operations safely and punctually.
• Handle goods according to cold chain and safety standards.
• Operate vehicles, cargo-lifting, and rigging equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on assigned vehicles and tools.
• Support warehouse functions, including cargo acceptance and consolidation.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and company safety policies.
• Report incidents and highlight potential operational risks.
• Use logistics systems or digital tools to track and improve performance.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement and service quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in transport, logistics, or warehousing operations.
• Class 3 Driving Licence required; Class 4 Licence an advantage.
• Familiar with cold chain or time-sensitive cargo handling.
• Physically fit, reliable, and a strong team player.
