The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and efficient logistics operations. This role supports inventory control, transportation arrangements, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

• Liaise with planning department on shipment schedules

• Prepare and verify shipping documents (DO, invoices, packing lists, permits, travellers)

• Monitor delivery status and resolve logistics issues or delays

• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records in inventory systems

• Support stock control, warehouse coordination, and periodic stocktakes

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain coordination preferred

• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems)

• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
