• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

• Salary Range: $2,590 – $2,900

• Contract Duration: 3‑month to perm (Convertible depend on performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Logistics Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse and order processing activities. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and learn permit declaration procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow

• Handle permit declaration tasks (training will be provided)

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely updates

• Provide general administrative support to the logistics team

Requirements

PC literate and comfortable with systems

Prior experience in logistics / order processing is an advantage but not required

Strong communication and coordination skills
