Loan Officer – Personal Loans

📍 Singapore | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 Basic up to $5,000 + Monthly Incentives

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Loan Officer to join our front-line team. You will assist individuals in finding the right personal loan solutions, guiding them through the entire process while ensuring excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and cross-sell personal loan products to walk-in customers, referrals, and leads
• Assess customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
• Assist clients with loan applications, required documentation, and verification processes
• Conduct preliminary credit checks and liaise with the credit team for approvals
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
• Achieve individual sales targets while upholding compliance and service standards

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in lending or front-line financial services preferred, but open to candidates with strong sales and service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working on alternate Saturdays
