Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on operatorwho can manage both:

1. Short-form video editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
2. Live streaming execution (Zoom + OBS)

This is a hybrid role—you will be the person ensuring our content runs smoothly both recorded and live.

What You’ll Do

🎬 Content (50%)

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok / Reels
• Create hooks and fast-paced edits
• Repurpose content into multiple versions
• Work with remote editors to maintain output quality

🔴 Live Streaming (50%)

• Set up and manage Zoom + OBS live sessions
• Handle:
• scene switching
• overlays (slides, product, CTA)
• audio/video setup
• Ensure smooth, professional live broadcast
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time

Tools YouWill Use

• OBS Studio
• Zoom (webinar / meeting)
• CapCut / Premiere Pro
• Basic audio/video setup tools

KPI

• Smooth execution of live sessions (no disruption)
• Video output quality and speed
• Engagement during live sessions
• Ability to support team without technical delays

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with OBS and Zoom live streaming (MUST HAVE)
• Experience in short-form video editing
• Able to stay calm under pressure during live sessions
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Fast learner, comfortable with AI tools
