Who We Looking For
Our secretaries typically support several lawyers and the role may be challenging and fast paced so you will need to be an efficient worker who is organized, meticulous, self-motivated and resourceful. You will also need to be an excellent communicator, a team player and have integrity to handle highly confidential information appropriately.
Job Description
- Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the lawyers in the Corporate practices.
- Maintain lawyer’s clients contact list in the firm’s CRM system.
- Prepare and send out bills including bill narrations.
- Track bills status and send out chasers.
- Prepare legal documents.
- Open new legal files or close files.
- Any other secretarial duties as assigned by supporting lawyers.
Requirements
- Solid secretarial skills and prior experience in a law firm is preferred.
- Good proficiency in legal documentation and Microsoft Office applications (in particular, proven experience for Table of Contents in MS Word).
