Job Description
LIMN Law Corporation invites applicants for a Legal Secretary position to join our team. The Firm, having been set up in 2018, has carved out a niche for itself in the key area of Construction Disputes and we are looking for a team member who is equally driven and highly motivated to join us.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Law/Business or equivalent;
- IT savvy (MS Office, Outlook and Adobe etc);
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Able to work both independently and in a team;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Meticulous, a strong sense of responsibility and a positive work attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient legal and full administrative support to fee earners;
- Provide file and calendar management;
- Assist with file and office related financial matters; and
- Other secretarial or administrative functions as required.
