Job Description
Our Client, a Leading Prestigious law firm is seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary due to the growth of their organisation.
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers in the assigned department
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and other documents
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain and organize client files, both electronic and physical
- Assist with billing processes, including time entry, invoice preparation, and follow-ups
- Liaise with clients and other internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents and filings
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma or ITE certification, preferably in business studies or courses of relevance
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant secretarial experience in law firms
- Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
