Job Description
Our Client, a Leading Prestigious law firm with a wide regional presence is seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary for their esteemed organisation
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the lawyers in the Corporate practice
- Proactively manage appointments, emails and travel schedules
- Support fee-earners on the administrative work including but not limited to Billings and expenses
- Ensure accurate file management
- Liaise with clients and other stake holders professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
- Diploma/O levels in any discipline of studies, with minimum 5 years of related experience in a law firm
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Proficiency in legal document management systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Demonstrate excellent organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
