Job Description

• Monitoring and supervising contracts/upcoming overdue contracts across the Group
• Assist in overseeing compliance of overseas subsidiaries, associates and representative office
• Legal research as and when required
• Liaise with local and overseas corporate services agents
• Updating of corporate records, including but not limited to organization chart, representative offices chart, list of directorship (subsidiary)
• Prepare and arrange documents for notarization and legalization
• Drafting and review of contracts with overseas subsidiaries
• General administration duties
• Assisting the legal counsel in day-to-day work

Requirements

• Diploma in Law/Business (Legal Studies) or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience or
• Degree in LLB with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Experience in corporate secretarial matters
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Self-motivated individual with initiative and drive
• Meticulous and highly organized
• Eager to learn and receptive to feedback
