Responsibilities:
• Manage tenant administration, documentation and records.
• Prepare tenancy agreements, quotations and invoices.
• Track tenancy agreements and maintain payment records.
• Coordinate with tenants and internal teams to support daily operations.
• Assist with property viewings, tenant enquiries and basic marketing activities.
• Update property listings, social media and marketing materials.

Requirements:
• Nitec/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience preferably in property or marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms
• Independent, organized and detail-oriented
• Singaporean only need apply
