About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Lead Software Developer to design, build, and lead delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This role combines strong individual contributor capability with technical leadership, including stakeholder communication, task planning, and team execution. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a modern cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end full stack solutions, including APIs, backend services, and integrations

• Lead technical execution: task breakdown, assignment, progress tracking, and delivery ownership

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Participate in system architecture, microservices design, and API strategy

• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and CI/CD pipelines

• Mentor developers and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture

• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in production environments

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience as a Frontend, Backend, or Full Stack Developer

• Technical leadership experience, including stakeholder communication and team coordination

• Experience leading or mentoring development teams (size and duration to be discussed)

• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages:

  • C# / .NET Core

  • Java

• Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs

• Solid experience with SQL Server or other relational databases

• Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

• Proficient with Git-based version control workflows

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Working knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
