We’re hiring a Lead Developer with strong expertise in .NET technologies and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects across geographies.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor developer teams (onshore & offshore).
• Manage stakeholders and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Work with remote teams across multiple regions.
• Drive Agile (SCRUM) practices and ensure timely delivery.
• Build and scale applications with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API.
• Leverage Azure Cloud (AKS, Service Fabric, containerization).
• Contribute to projects in Finance, Accounting, AR/AP, Procurement, and CRM domains.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical leadership in .NET stack.
• Hands-on Azure Cloud experience (containers, microservices, CI/CD).
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM delivery.
• Background in Finance/Accounting workflows preferred.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
