Job Summary

Join a well-located clinic in the North as a Lead GP or Locum GP, delivering comprehensive patient care while contributing to clinic growth and operational excellence. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and performance-linked remuneration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients, applying at least 3 years of post-graduate medical experience to diagnose and manage diverse health conditions
• Manage patient consultations efficiently during weekday evening and weekend sessions to ensure accessible healthcare services
• Collaborate with clinic management to meet key performance indicators and contribute to profit-sharing initiatives
• Lead clinical practice improvements and support team coordination to enhance patient outcomes and clinic operations
• Maintain professional standards and compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GDFM/Family Physician accreditation (advantageous for clinical leadership and patient care quality)

Other Information

• Full-time commitment of 44–46 hours per week, including at least one weekday evening and one weekend session, with flexible scheduling options
• Remuneration is performance-linked through KPI and profit-sharing structure
