Landscape Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Manager to oversee and coordinate landscape operations across multiple project sites. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily landscaping activities, supervising site teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, and building strong relationships with clients and staff. You will also play a key role in staff training, operational planning, and the implementation of best practices to enhance service delivery and site performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of landscaping projects across multiple sites by coordinating, directing, and monitoring operations
• Oversee and manage on-site employees to ensure efficient execution of tasks
• Effectively supervise site supervisors to maintain operational excellence across all locations
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor landscape standards and service quality
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with employees and clients
• Provide job-specific training to new staff, including responsibilities and performance standards
• Implement company policies and enforce quality control measures at project sites
• Coordinate operations and periodic work with the support of the Operations Supervisor and Float Team
• Train, motivate, and engage a diverse workforce across various sites
• Manage ordering and inventory of supplies for all assigned projects
• Plan, develop, and distribute daily schedules, periodic work plans, staff rosters, and deployment charts
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance performance and service quality
• Prepare ad-hoc project quotations as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• Minimum qualification: Diploma
• Candidates with relevant experience will be considered regardless of qualification
• Preferred qualifications in landscape-related fields such as:
• Landscape Architecture or Design
• Certified Practicing Horticulturist or Arborist
• Proficient in computer applications and digital tools
