Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons in line with our preschool curriculum and enrichment programs.
• Monitor children's progress and provide regular updates.
• Manage the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Set up engaging learning corners.
• Perform routine care duties.
• Organize and participate in center events.
• Ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to fulfill duties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents.
• Assist with additional tasks or initiatives as needed.

Qualifications (Required):

• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool environment.
• Certified by ECDA.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Friendly, family-oriented, and approachable personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
