• Develop and conduct English composition and language lessons in accordance with the school’s framework and guidelines to achieve intended learning outcomes.
• Create and execute dynamic programs and activities that engage children in the learning process.
• Foster a supportive and safe environment where children can thrive and develop.
• Monitor, assess, and document children's progress and growth.
• Set up an inviting and interactive learning space that sparks curiosity and exploration.
• Keep parents informed regularly about their child’s progress and well-being.
• Continuously document children's learning experiences, providing updates to parents and preparing developmental portfolios and progress reports.
• Work closely with fellow educators, providing mutual support and collaboration as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education
• L2 LON Certified by ECDA
