Job Description
Job Title: Kitchen Operations Lead/Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
Direct Daily Kitchen Flow: Oversee the line during service to ensure efficient timing, consistent quality, and smooth execution from start to finish.
Enforce Safety & Sanitation: Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring the kitchen is a safe, clean, and organized environment.
Support Team Development: Guide and mentor junior staff, helping them build skills and confidence through practical training and positive reinforcement.
Manage Inventory & Prep: Oversee ingredient preparation, monitor stock levels, and manage supply orders to keep the kitchen fully equipped and ready for service.
Coordinate with Management: Partner with the Outlet Manager to sync front-of-house and back-of-house operations, especially during peak hours, to create a flawless guest experience.
Proven, hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen or high-volume food service environment.
You take genuine pride in precision, organization, and maintaining a clean workspace.
