Job Description

  • Reports to outlet’s Wok Head Chef, Head Chef and Management
  • Responsible for preparation of ingredients for food dishes in designated outlet(s)
  • Responsible for the overall food/ingredient quality preparation and hygiene standards
  • Responsible for storing and packing of food and ingredients in neat and orderly manner according to approved safety and hygiene standards
  • Responsible for cost control and budgeting for food supplies to ensure competitiveness
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time, including assisting or being tasked to handle other kitchen sections’ duties
