Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily childcare routines and ensure the well-being of children in the L2 class.
• Manage classroom activities and maintain an engaging learning environment.
• Provide care, guidance, and age-appropriate early childhood education.
• Conduct routine health checks for children.
• Communicate regularly with parents and conduct scheduled meetings.
• Prepare classroom materials and manage related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a nursery teacher or kindergarten teacher.
• Possession of a valid kindergarten teacher license or L2 childcare qualification.
• Strong ability to provide attentive, detail-oriented support to children.
• Able to address parents’ concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Experience in a Japanese kindergarten is an added advantage.
