Job Description & Requirements 

Overall Responsibilities 

• Plan and prepare daily lesson plans suitable for young children  

• Teach basic skills such as letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and simple reading  

• Use play-based learning methods like songs, storytelling, games, and art activities  

• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment  

• Manage classroom behavior and encourage positive social interaction  

• Help children develop social, emotional, and communication skills  

• Observe and assess students’ learning progress and development  

• Maintain records and reports of children’s performance  

• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress  

• Supervise children during class, playtime, meals, and school activities  

• Organize creative activities, celebrations, and educational games  

• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students 

• Model the ‘Core Values’ in your interactions with the school community. 

Requirements 

• Minimum two (2) years or more relevant full-time teaching experience as a Kindergarten teacher 

• Candidate must at least possess Early Childhood Diploma. 

• Fluency in spoken & written English. 

• In-depth subject knowledge and teaching methodologies. 

• Basic IT Skills 

• Interpersonal communication skills 

• A passionate educator with the ability to deliver student-centered, inquiry-based learning.
