• Engage with children aged 4 to 6 years old through play, interaction, and structured classroom management.
• Plan and deliver developmental and engaging programmes/activities that foster learning and growth.
• Instill positive values and guide children in their social, emotional, and moral development.
• Set up learning environments and resources in alignment with KCare Programme safety and health guidelines.
• Build strong rapport with parents, providing updates on their children’s development, achievements, and areas of growth.
• Facilitate both indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring children are meaningfully engaged throughout the day.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of every child, observing closely for signs of ill health, emotional needs, or developmental concerns.
• Provide warmth, care, and emotional support to children as needed.
• Maintain order and discipline in both the classroom and playground environments.
• Undertake any other duties or projects assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

• WSQ Student Care Centre - Early Years (EY) or
• Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent
