Roles & Responsibilities

- Engage with and manage children aged 4 to 6 in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

- Implement age-appropriate, developmental, and engaging programmes and activities that support holistic growth.

- Foster positive values and provide guidance to support children's character development.

- Set up and maintain learning environments and resources in accordance with KCare Programme safety and health standards.

- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication on their child’s development and achievements.

- Facilitate both indoor and outdoor activities with active involvement to encourage participation and engagement.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of each child by observing for signs of illness, emotional distress, or developmental concerns, and documenting progress.

- Offer emotional support and a warm, caring presence to help children feel secure and valued.

- Maintain classroom and playground order while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.


Qualifications:

- WSQ Student Care Centre - Early Years (EY) or

- Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE)

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent


Locations of Job Openings: Islandwide

Working Hours:

• No less than 19.5 Hours per week

• Monday- Friday

• Part-Time
