Process Engineering Specialists (PES) is an international services company providing Project Management, Commissioning & Qualification, and Automation services to our clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

With offices across Europe, Asia and the US, our core focus is on consistently delivering high quality outcomes for our multi-national clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract positions across client projects and outsourcing engagements.
• Source and build talent pipelines using advanced candidate search techniques and talent acquisition tools.
• Maintain a strong network of contractors and actively grow a high-quality candidate database.
• Partner with clients to understand project scope, workforce needs, and contract hiring timelines.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates aligned with client technical and cultural requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate experience, and support offer and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with contract employment regulations and company outsourcing processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate tracking, and reporting within ATS/CRM systems.
• Drive business development opportunities through candidate market insights and client engagement.
