Responsibilities

• Photograph completed projects and on-site installations

• Edit and retouch photographs for use across social media platforms and the company website

• Assist in the creation of design assets, including social media posts, EDM visuals, website banners, and festive graphics

• Support website content updates and basic backend management

• Assist in the production and editing of short-form marketing and project videos

• Organise and maintain a structured visual library of project documentation

• Support the team during company events, exhibitions, and social functions

• Support additional creative and marketing initiatives as required

Skills & Requirements

• Strong photography skills and experience in photo editing

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom); familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus

• A creative eye with strong design sensibility and attention to visual detail

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring all communications and published materials remain professional and well-organised

• Interest in branding, visual storytelling, and content creation

• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok) for creative content development

• Video editing skills are an advantage

• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative

• Open to receiving feedback and working collaboratively within a team
