Position Overview:

Hysses Singapore is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic/Product Designer to support execution of visual and creative assets across marketing channels. This role will assist in developing, adapting, and maintaining brand-aligned visuals for promotions, campaigns, and day-to-day marketing needs, ensuring consistency and timely delivery across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in concept development, sketching, and ideation for new products
• Support prototyping, mock-ups, and sample reviews
• Prepare technical drawings and basic specifications for production
• Prepare visual assets for both online and offline use, including social media, in-store POS materials and internal presentation.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency across all design outputs
• Collaborate with Marketing team to support monthly promotions and campaign rollouts
• Support in preparation of visual merchandising materials and promotional collaterals
• Make timely revisions based on feedback from internal stakeholders
• Assist in compiling visuals or materials for reporting and presentations when required
• Support product, packaging designs, and retail display assets
• Coordinate with marketing, and external vendors to ensure designs are feasible and accurately executed
• Assist in managing design revisions based on feedback
• Produce 2D drawings and 3D models for design development and presentation
• Maintain responsiveness and clear communication throughout campaign execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Multi-media Design or related fields

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant graphic design experience
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in collaborating with marketing, and design team

Technical/Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, understanding of layout, and branding, Basic to intermediate proficiency in 3D software (e.g. Rhino)

Organizational & Administrative: High attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and accuracy

Teamwork and Adaptability: Proactive team player and willingness to learn
