Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and perform data analysis to support business decision-making within a technology-driven environment
• Interpret complex financial data sets to generate actionable insights and reports for stakeholders
• Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical teams to facilitate collaboration and informed decision-making
• Manage and safeguard confidential financial information with high attention to detail and discretion
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within finance operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support project management office (PMO) activities in technology or banking projects, contributing to timely and successful project delivery
• Work independently to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating proactive collaboration and eagerness to learn

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a finance role within a technology-driven environment, financial institution, or consulting firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in financial modelling and data analysis
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
• Experience in process improvement and automation within finance operations
• Familiarity with PMO support in technology or banking projects
