Junior Finance Executive (Accounts / AP AR)

We are looking for a Junior Finance Executive to join our finance team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience who want to gain exposure to full-set accounting and financial reporting.

You will work closely with senior finance team members and gain hands-on experience in accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing

• Perform bank reconciliation and data entry

• Assist with month-end closing activities

• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports

• Support maintenance of fixed asset schedules

• Assist with financial data analysis and reporting

Compliance & Audit

• Assist with GST preparation and filing

• Support external audit and tax matters

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance

• 1–2 years of accounting experience

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Detail-oriented and responsible

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
