Job Description

• Assisting the Executive Chef/ Head Chef with daily operations
• Overseeing at least 3 outlets in terms of daily operations, training, ordering, food wastage control, etc
• Ensure proper opening and/or closing of the ktichen while adhering to Company SOP
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs

Requirements

• Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a kitchen specialising in Western cuisine (Pizza, Pasta, etc)
• Good team player and self-motivated
• 6 OFF days per month
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays
• Split shift required
