Job Description
Required Skills:
Manage and oversee the entire Change Management lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards and organizational policies.
Review, approve, or reject changes within defined SLA timelines based on quality and risk assessments.
Lead and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB meetings,
Conduct thorough impact assessments and develop risk mitigation plans for all proposed changes, aiming for post-change incident rates below 5%.
Develop, implement, and update Change Management policies and standards, driving at least one service improvement initiative quarterly.
Deliver detailed monthly Change Management trend analysis reports with actionable
