Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Junior Assistant Producer to serve as the operational backbone of our production team. Reporting directly to the Video Producer, your primary mission is to ensure the flawless execution of project logistics, regulatory compliance, and project administration.

This is a mentorship-track role designed for fresh graduates and young professionals who want to master the "engine room" of professional video production. While the core of this role is operational, you will have the opportunity to support our brand’s digital presence through behind-the-scenes (BTS) content and marketing assistance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Operations & Compliance

• Logistics Management: Coordinate complex shoot schedules, manage crew bookings (in-house and freelance), and oversee equipment rental logistics to ensure zero downtime on-set.

• On-Ground Coordination: Assist the Video Producer in on-site floor management, managing technical logistics and schedules in real-time.

2. Project Administration & Delivery

• Digital Workflow Management: Maintain project hygiene and task tracking using Monday.com and Google Workspace.

• Post-Production Traffic: Coordinate asset movement between production and editors to ensure delivery milestones are met.

• Ad-hoc Operational Support: Perform any other duties or special projects as assigned by the Video Producer to support the evolving needs of the company and ensure project success.

3. Client Relationship & Sales Support

• Stakeholder Management: Support the Video Producer in managing client hospitality and communication on-site.

• Business Development Support: Assist in drafting project proposals, mood boards, and conducting post-project follow-ups.

4. Social Media & Marketing Production

• BTS Content Creation: Capture "Behind-the-Scenes" snippets during production (only when logistics duties are cleared) for our social channels.

• Brand Support: Assist in producing occasional skits or reels to showcase our studio’s culture and marketing initiatives.

• Trend Awareness: Monitor current social media trends to suggest relevant content ideas for the company.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Video Production, Mass Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: 0–2 years. Fresh graduates from Video Production related programs are highly encouraged to apply.

• Technical Translation: Excellent verbal and written English; ability to communicate technical production constraints clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Project Management Excellence: Highly organized with the ability to track multiple project milestones simultaneously. You understand the importance of deadlines and possess the discipline to maintain project hygiene across all internal tracking systems.

• Logistics-First Mindset: A self-starter who understands that organized paperwork and planning are what make a great shoot possible.

• Growth & Coachability: You must possess a strong willingness to learn and the ability to take feedback in stride. You are expected to be an "active sponge," absorbing the Video Producer's workflows and proactively seeking to improve your skills daily.

Good-to-Haves:

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut for assembly edits, BTS content creation, and project preparation. Familiarity with other editing or AI-assisted video tools is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT/Gemini, etc.) for administrative and scripting efficiency.

• An eye for social media storytelling (TikTok/IG Reels/Facebook).
