Ruder Finn Singapore is looking for an Art Director, Integrated Content to help shape the visual development of integrated campaigns and content across social, digital, and brand communications. 

This is a hands-on role for someone who can translate briefs into strong visual ideas, build compelling decks, and bring concepts to life across a range of formats. You should be confident working across campaigns, content, motion, and social-first storytelling, while collaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, account leads, and fellow creatives. 

We are looking for someone with strong conceptual instincts, solid design craft, and the versatility to work across both thinking and execution in a fast-moving agency environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop visual ideas and art direction for integrated campaigns and content across social, digital, print, and motion 
• Translate briefs and strategy into strong visual territories, campaign directions, and presentation-ready recommendations 
• Build clear, persuasive decks for internal and client-facing presentations 
• Create and oversee strong design output across campaign assets, key visuals, editorial layouts, social content, and brand materials 
• Edit social-first videos with a strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and platform relevance 
• Create 2D motion graphics, including kinetic typography and the animation of illustrated assets
• Develop original 2D illustrations and visual assets for branding, content, and motion applications 
• Create and guide storyboarding, visual sequencing, and social-first content formats where needed 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated work that is visually strong and strategically aligned 
• Provide direction and feedback to junior team members and support high standards of craft across projects 
• Use AI tools where relevant to support concept development, workflow efficiency, and visual exploration 

What We’re Looking For 

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an agency, studio, media, creative environment 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaign art direction, and design craft 
• Strong design fundamentals across digital and print 
• Experience across branding, campaigns, social content, and integrated communications 
• Confidence presenting and articulating visual ideas to internal and client stakeholders 
• Working capability in social-first video editing, motion graphics, and illustration 
• Ability to work independently, bring clarity to briefs, and contribute to projects from concept to execution 
• Collaborative mindset and confidence giving direction to junior creatives 
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows
