about the job:
As a Technical Lead, you will spearhead the delivery of high-performance satellite applications and core banking modules. This role is a hybrid of strategic technical leadership and hands-on engineering. You will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of 4-5 developers through the full SDLC within a SAFe Agile environment.
• Driving technical roadmaps, enforcing architectural integrity, and challenging existing frameworks to ensure scalability and security.
• Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business change engineers to ensure project milestones are met with quality.
• Managing risks and issues proactively while ensuring all local developments meet stringent global banking standards.
• Promoting modern engineering practices like CI/CD, containerization, and automated testing to optimize delivery.

skills and experience required:

• Extensive experience (ideally 12-15+ years) in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on back-end architecture and front-end integration.
• Deep proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JBOSS.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes (PKS), containerization, and event-driven streaming using Kafka.
• Strong mastery of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Maven, Octopus) and code quality tools like SonarQube.
• Solid understanding of SQL (Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres) and data structures.
• Prior experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Corporate Actions is highly advantageous.
