Responsibilities

• Partner closely with sales teams to uncover customer needs, conduct solution discovery, and translate business challenges into practical digital workplace and office solutions.
• Design and propose end-to-end solutions by combining in-house offerings and selected third-party technologies to address modern office productivity, workflow, and information management needs.
• Deliver compelling solution demonstrations, technical briefings, and presentations tailored to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Lead solution workshops, proof-of-concept sessions, and technical discussions to support deal progression and solution validation.
• Develop solution architectures ranging from straightforward deployments to more complex, scalable, and high-availability environments leveraging customer infrastructure.
• Work with internal teams, partners, and external vendors to ensure smooth solution delivery, implementation, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide post-implementation support, including solution reviews, optimisation recommendations, and customer feedback sessions to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Continuously build expertise in emerging workplace technologies and managed services, contributing to the enhancement of solution offerings and presales best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in a presales, solutions consulting, or technical advisory role within office solutions, digital workplace, or IT services environments.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
• Hands-on knowledge or exposure to software solutions, document management, managed IT services, infrastructure, or cloud-based technologies is an advantage
