Job Description:

• Develop comprehensive end-to-end process maps across critical insurance functions such as Agency, Finance, Operations, and Risk, clearly outlining process flows, system interactions, data handoffs, key risk points, and recommended mitigation controls.
• Document core system data flows into the Data Warehouse (DWH) and articulate how downstream outputs (reports, payments, and journal entries) are generated, with a strong focus on agent compensation and incentive processes.
• Partner with business and technology teams to analyze existing processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements aligned with regulatory, operational, and business requirements.
• Ensure process documentation adheres to enterprise standards and supports auditability, risk management, and change impact analysis.
• Operate effectively within an agile delivery model, contributing to iterative solution design and supporting delivery outcomes with a strong execution mindset.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience (preferable prior consulting background) in the Life & Health insurance domain, with strong hands-on knowledge of Agency, Finance, and Operations processes.
• Proven expertise in process mapping and documentation, including the use of industry standard process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
• Strong understanding of insurance data flows, particularly how transactional systems integrate with Data Warehouses to support reporting, payments, and accounting.
• Prior experience with insurance platforms such as LifeAsia and enterprise Data Warehouse solutions is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex processes and communicate them clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering high quality outcomes in fast paced, cross functional environments.
