Responsibilities

• Planning, promotion, and progress management of overall sales activities in Singapore
• Relationship building and negotiation with key customers and business partners
• Project management and information sharing in collaboration with the Head Office sales department
• Identification of issues related to sales activities and consideration/proposal of improvement measures
• Planning and implementation of sales promotion activities (including sales promotion at various academic conferences, exhibitions, etc.)
• Information gathering and analysis regarding sales, manufacturing, and market trends
• Information gathering and market development for new fields
• Provision of technical services to customers (including in-line support and data acquisition)
• Collection of technical information and information necessary for the execution of new development themes
• Liaising with external parties (accountants, consultants, etc.) regarding sales and business operation matters
• Reporting and information sharing to the Head Office regarding the operational status of the base
• Staff recruitment duties and performance evaluations
• General management duties as the head of the base (including finance, accounting, human resources, general affairs, labor, IT, and office management)

Requirements

• More than 20 years of comprehensive experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong blend of technical expertise and sales/business development exposure.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency, enabling effective communication and relationship management with Japanese-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Science, or Business).
