About the Role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain IT systems, network, and servers, ensuring smooth and secure operations. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, system administration, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to support business-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, storage, and network infrastructure

• Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and hardware

• Perform regular system health checks, backups, and patch management

• Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application issues

• Maintain technical documentation and system inventories

• Support vulnerability management, security updates, and compliance activities

• Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for troubleshooting and upgrades

• Assist with change requests, system provisioning, and configuration tasks

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• 1–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or network support

• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and networking fundamentals

• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and backup solutions

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills / Tools

• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure

• Backup Tools: Veritas, Veeam

• Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Nagios, or similar

• Cybersecurity awareness and vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Tenable Nessus)
