We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Executive to support our organisation’s software development, database management, automation initiatives, and IT infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

Software, Database & Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Develop and maintain Python scripts and reporting solutions to support data processing and system reporting.
• Create web-based reports and dashboards using HTML.
• Use DBeaver and Visual Studio Code for database management, scripting, and debugging.
• Develop automated workflows and data pipelines using Power Automate.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Support reporting tools such as Jaspersoft Studio or Pentaho (added advantage).
• Deploy and maintain scripts and services in Linux environments (Ubuntu Server).

Hardware & Infrastructure Management (with IT Vendor)

• Work with external IT vendors to maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and broadband services.
• Manage software and system license renewals (network, security, DNS, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Coordinate procurement of IT hardware and devices.
• Support server administration across on-premise and cloud environments (VMware, Windows Server, Ubuntu Server, AWS).
• Manage Synology NAS storage systems.
• Oversee IT hardware lifecycle management, including installation, maintenance, and replacement of devices.
• Manage CCTV systems and related support.
• Perform DNS and domain management using platforms such as Cloudflare and Domain.com.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT, software, or technology support roles.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, Python, Power BI, Power Automate, and Linux.
• Basic understanding of networking, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and independent working skills.
