Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades, including software installations and network configurations.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, perform routine maintenance tasks
• Create and maintain documentation related to IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Additional Ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Qualification requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT
• Preferably possess knowledge and working experience in supporting retail operations (luxury)
• Hands-on experience with software applications
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
